We store the scores, game history, and in-progress games you save through the app so you can pick up where you left off and look back on past games.

If you reach out through our contact page, we receive whatever name, email address, and message you choose to send us.

We may use tools such as Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the app is performing and to diagnose crashes. If enabled, this can include general device information, app usage patterns, and crash logs. This policy will be updated if and when these tools are added.

We use your information to operate core features, like saving your scores and game history and keeping them in sync across your devices.

We use contact form submissions to respond to game requests, rules disputes, suggestions, and other messages you send us.

We may use aggregated, non-identifying usage information to fix bugs and improve the app over time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to serve third-party advertising.

Your information is stored using Google's Firebase platform (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), which encrypts data in transit. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We share information with Google/Firebase as our infrastructure provider, solely to operate the Service. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may disclose information if required to by law, or if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

Ultimate Scorepad is designed as a family game night companion and may be used by people of all ages under the supervision of a parent or guardian, but it is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can remove it.

You can view and update your account information directly within the app.

The ultimatescorepad.com website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
